Laura Tirello is the Owner and Founder of Core Life Design, a purpose driven company founded in 2008 with the mission of helping smart, successful, and driven people break out of their self-imposed molds and re-connect with their life.


As a self-described over “doer”, she knows first hand what it is like to work well under pressure and adapt to environments that are not a match with her natural talents. From the first day of her career, she knew intuitively in the “core” of her being that this was not the work she was meant to do, but felt a strong sense of responsibility. Over the course of a decade she positively impacted the lives of the children and adults she worked with, but she still was yearning for a different experience in her life


For years she denied her true calling; which created not only needless stress, it also had an impact on her overall health. For many years, she suffered from IBS and excessive worry. This created a desire within her to make changes and explore new options. That decision led to a journey of self-discovery, self-renewal and life reorganization. Through this process, she began to recognize the impact of years of accumulated thoughts on an individual’s circumstances. This has enabled her to help clients who are driven, but not deliberate in their focus, identify the messages behind their hesitation to own their unique talents. The effects of over thinking and over doing have a powerful effect on our mental and physical well-being. She helps her clients navigate change with an effective program that guides individuals in managing their stress so they can get clear on their passion and purpose in life.

Laura completed additional training in the mind body connection and is an Endorsed Abigail Steidley Mind Body Coach. Abigail Steidley is a Master Certified Wellness Coach who is widely regarded for her work with mind body syndromes.


Laura is a member of the ICF (International Coaches Federation).


Laura holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education.
